Elevator 2 (June 2021)

– Schindler to be scheduled for final connection and inspection. K&S to advise.

Elevator 3 (July/August 2021) 

– Masonry work completed.

– Grading contractor bringing area to rough grade.

Building B Update

• Lobby Expansion and Admin Offices (June 2021)
  • Color Art working on options for Principals office furniture Friday 7/2/21. 
• Multipurpose (August 2021)
  • Flooring contractor started 6/30/21.

Building B Expansion Update

• Lower Level (July 2021)
  • Rubber/Turf Floor completing this week.
  • Punch Scheduled for 7/5
  • Weight Equipment scheduled for 7/13
• Level 1 (July 2021)
  • Reception Desk
  • Flooring
  • Casework/Counters
• Level 2 (June 2021)
  • Library turned over.

Site Update (August 2021)

• South Paver Area pavers complete.
• Paver Parking Area being graded and under drain system installed.
• Curbing to continue Thursday.
