Since the passing of Proposition E in June 2020, the district and its Elementary Facilities Design Committee has worked with stakeholders throughout the community to design and plan a McGrath/BECC campus that will serve the needs of students, families, staff, and the community for generations to come.
The following images are conceptual renderings that give a general idea of how the new campus will look and feel when construction is completed. These images do not necessarily reflect the final look of the building and grounds. Rather, they are a way to help the community visualize the end result. Things that are omitted may wind up in the final product and things that are included may change as the project continues.
Please keep this in mind when viewing the concepts below. These are intended only to be a guide rather than a concrete prediction.
