- Elevator 2 – We are still tracking electrical switch ship date of 2/10/21. Completion is expected mid-March
- Elevator 3 – A recently discovered manhole and storm line are creating conflicts with Elevator 3, preventing foundation work from continuing. The manhole and storm line were covered by asphalt and did not appear on any drawings. The storm drain and manhole conflict is being resolved currently, but completion is now expected June 2021.
- B Office Update
- Lower level of B is expected to be complete by the end of this week with punch list items to be completed next week. The First Level of Building B is expected to follow shortly after.
- Restroom sink retrofit fixes will take place on 2/12 and the weekend, expected to be complete before students return from their long weekend.
- Building B Addition – K&S latest schedule shows completion of 4/7/21.
- Weightroom – K&S latest schedule shows the first week of March for floor installation, however there is a water concern coming in the north wall which may cause further delays.
- Sitework Update – Mason demobilized; utility contractor started this week on storm, with a plan to work from SW to NE.
