During the July 20th, 2021 Board of Education meeting, the Brentwood School Board unanimously approved ICS as the construction contractor for the new McGrath building.
ICS was recommended after a thorough vetting and interview process conducted by District personnel, Board Members, and the school district’s owner’s representative, Navigate Building Solutions.
“ICS has shown a commitment to communication and working with communities,” said Board President Lindsay Spencer. “We are excited to have the opportunity to work with them.”
Among their recent projects was the construction of a new academic wing for Hixson Middle School in the Webster Groves School District. They’ve also recently completed elementary and early childhood building projects for the St. Charles, Wentzville, and Fort Zumwalt School Districts. They’ve also recently worked on municipal projects for the cities of Glendale, Maryland Heights, and Ladue.
