Prop B Update – 5/7/2021

Elevators

• Elevator 2 (May 2021): Drywall returns framed an drywalled this week. Schindler electric to schedule inspection in the coming weeks.
• Elevator 3 (July 2021): Masonry infill window and waterproofing taking place this week. Backfill and retaining wall demo to happen next.

Building B Update

• Lobby Expansion (May 2021)
  • Flooring installation underway.
  • Aluminum storefront and doors in place
  • MEPFP Trimming taking place.
• Lower Level Meeting/Staff Rooms (April 2021)
  • Downspout install happening next Monday, May 10th.
• Level 1 Office/Admin Rooms (May 2021)
  • MEPFP trimming taking place with storefront glass coming shortly after. Flooring is installed.
• Multipurpose
  • Library pack up week of May 17th. School movers start during the week of May 24th.
  • Demo to start no earlier than 5/27.

  • Ceramic tile installation started this week. Drywall taping and finish coat is ready for paint.
• Level 1 (June 2021)
  • Started painting this week.
• Level 2 (May 2021)
  • Aluminum window walls and glass this week.
  • MEPFP Trim Out.
• Pop-Up (May 2021)
  • Above Ceiling MEPFP.

Site Update (June 2021)

• Switch back ramp backfill this week.
• Site grading continuing.
• Sidewalks started south end.
