- Schindler to complete work today. Charter line is complete. Punch work will take place for 1-2 weeks followed by Final State Inspection.

- Foundation pours taking place this week with slab pours next week.
Building B Update
- Lobby Expansion (May 2021)
- Drywall taping ongoing currently.
- Painting taking place next week.
- Lower Level Meeting/Staff Rooms (April 2021)
- Downspout work taking place first followed by floor leveling.
- Level 1 Office/Admin Rooms (May 2021)
- LVT2 material for Admin area has been delayed to late April, pushing this space’s timeline into May.
- Multipurpose
- Temporary library pack-up to take place the week of May 17th with goal to be moved out by 5/24.
- Demolition of temporary library space to start the week following the 17th.
Building B Expansion Update
- Courtyard commemorative pavers completed this week. Power washing of the North Wall taking place.
- Lower Level (June 2021)
- French drain work wrapping up. Electric and plumbing connections next week. K&S can then complete finishes.
- Level1 (June 2021)
- Drywall taping and MEPFP underway.
- Level 2 (May 2021)
- Painting to start next week.
- Pop-Up (May 2021)
- Painting next week and then ceiling install.
Site Update (June 2021)
- Retaining wall for the ramp at the south side of circle drive had footings poured this week.
- Excavation for south stairs outside of expansion entry is underway.
